Rollwell Engineering provides professional detailing services relating to a wide variety of structural steel, mechanical, architectural and assembly line applications across Perth and WA. Working with the latest AutoCAD and Solidworks software, we produce high quality 2D and 3D designs ranging in scope from conceptual designs through to production ready shop drawings.

At Rollwell Engineering, we offer highly flexible and adaptive drafting services enabling us to assist clients at various stages of their projects. We’re produce workshop drawings based on existing architectural and structural engineering drawings as well as working closely with clients across Perth to conceptualise and model fully customised designs from scratch.

Fabrication

We specialise in steel and sheet metal fabrication relating to communication poles/towers, chute work, tank work, pipework, pressure vessels, conveyors and architectural work. Our expertise spans a wide variety of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, alloys and other metals.

Pressing

Relying on the latest press brake technology, we produce fully customised solutions encompassing square to rounds, eccentric and concentric cones, customised pipe clamps, top hat sections, channels and more. With large batch capabilities, we also have diverse guillotining, cropping and cutting capabilities and tailor solutions to our clients’ needs.

Rolling

Rollwell Engineering specialises in rolling a wide range of plates, RHS/SHS beams, columns pipes, channels, flat bars, equal/unequal angles and more with expertise spanning across mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium, nickel, titanium and alloys. We offer fully customised solutions tailored to individual project requirements.

Welding

We maintain a large team of Welders certified to a range of codes meeting the requirements of Australian and American Standards. All our operations are carried out to the highest quality standards and within the parameters of our ISO Accredited quality and safety processes.

Vodafone Project

Rollwell Engineering supplied and manufactured over 200 communication poles for Vodafone’s project in Fiji.

Optus Project

Rollwell Engineering has supplied and manufactured 115 communication poles to date for the Optus roll out across Australia, this is a project we are still currently working on.

Karara Iron Ore Project

Rollwell Engineering supplied and manufactured various tank items for the Shenton Park Bioconversion Facility.

Kings Park Structural Artwork

Rollwell Engineering supplied, manufactured and installed a range of structural and architectural steel components for displays and sculptures around Kings Park.

Rio Tinto Rail Capacity Enhancement

Rollwell Engineering supplied and manufactured two x 45meter termination poles for Rio Tinto’s Rail Capacity Enhancement Project.

Cape Lambert Port B

Rollwell Engineering has provided several packages comprising steel fabrication products, car dumper liners and pontoons to Rio Tinto’s Cape Lambert Port B Project.

Gorgon Project

Rollwell Engineering drafted, manufactured and supplied several thousand instrument and electrical stands, structural steel packages, pipe support packages and bearing plates for the Gorgon LNG Project.
