Rollwell Engineering relies on the latest press brake technology to deliver a wide variety of metal pressing projects precisely, reliably and cost effectively. With over 20 years’ experience servicing some of Perth’s highest profile manufacturers, miners and commercial contractors, our highly qualified Boilermakers and Welders are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes for our clients.

Rollwell Engineering’s fully computerised press brake equipment enables us to efficiently manage large batches of products to exacting standards. We’re able to work to existing drawings or collaborate with our clients to design and draft specifications tailored to their individual project requirements. Over the course of our history, we’ve built a solid reputation for remaining flexible to our clients’ needs and for successfully delivering projects characterised by complex or challenging design parameters. We also take a holistic view of our clients’ projects; proactively identifying and helping mitigate any potential risks across all stages of design and manufacture through to installation and commissioning. At Rollwell Engineering, no job is too big or too small. We offer stand-alone pressing and rolling solutions or fully integrated fabrication and welding services encompassing folded metal components. Servicing OEM’s and a wide variety of commercial and industrial clients across Perth, we provide fulling customised tooling options to produce everything from simple cylinders through to complex metal shapes. We also work with our clients to produce limited run prototypes for testing prior to large batch manufacturing.

We also have diverse guillotining, cropping and cutting capabilities including:

  • Plates up to 12mm thick x 3000mm long.
  • Punching, embossing, extruding, slotting and nibbling sheets 2mm-50mm thick.
  • Plate bevelling.
  • Outsourcing all plasma and laser cutting.
